We should not believe that Federhoff is not guilty of fraud just because he came out with the lie detector test and here are the reasons:
1. How many lie detector tests had he taken? Were the tests done with reputable companies? He could have done a lot and chose to show the one that is most favorable to him. We share holders should be the ones to choose the lie detector company for him and be there when the test is done!
2. He already knows the questions so he has prepared himself mentally for the answers. It is like preprogramming the brain with the answers... impossible to detect by the lie detector.

I personnaly do not believe that Mike Guzman acted alone. Who has to gain from the fraud, Walsh, Federhoff, or Guzman? The answer is all of them.
