I leave early in the am and listen to NPR to get some in depth news at times. This report was remarkable in its stark honesty. These simple, barbaric everyday realities of Islamic justice meted out to other musliums highlight the cultural and idealogical divide that lie between the 'west' and the more radical branch of Islam, the Shi'a.
