Now you are getting insulting. G'night. I am not trying to be insulting, but can you not see the difference in attitudes between most progressive people and hardline Muslims? Paul Martin would be sending in a woman who was left handed to deal with them. Imagine Jack Layton trying to deal with the guy who leads hezbollah. And that is my point, no one in North America seems to look over their own very narrow political viewpoint to look at the belief system of the people we are slowly going to war with. and I find in hugely frustrating particularly when someone acts like I believe that some peoples lives are expendable. I believe that the failure to look at the people we are dealing with has once again (like Japan, and germany, and Viet nam and Korea) led us to underestimate the resolve of the enemy. And you cannot deal with an enemy who has no respect for you, and Muslims have no respect for Canadians, unless they happen to be Canadians, and then only some of them.
