I don't deny this. Considering how inaccurate and ineffective the Hezbo rockets have been overall though, I think Israel has WAY over-reacted. The vast majority of the rockets have exploded harmlessly or at worst damaged a little property - but Israel has responded tit for tat for EVERY rocket fired with deadly accurate strikes, and has the body-count disparity to prove it.
