This still looks like good news for AMD. These low-end C2Ds are - limited to 1 per customer - priced $60 above Intel's published list price. And the AMD equivalents remain priced at $50 above their C2D counterparts! It looks like Intel priced these chips with an over-optimistic view of the volumes and binsplits they could achieve.
