LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Mobile-phone maker Nokia Corp. said Tuesday it has agreed to buy digital music distribution company Loudeye Corp. for around $60 million. Loudeye shareholders will receive $4.50 a share, more than double the share's Monday closing price of $1.77. By acquiring Loudeye, Nokia said it will be able to offer customers a "comprehensive mobile music experience," including the ability to purchase digital music.
