I doubt that Hezbollah has the organization required to keep track of casualties accurately. For one thing, I would be willing to bet that 75% of the local military age males who were not already in Hezbollah have shown up as volunteers and there is no way that Hezbollah can keep track of them.

The same thing went on in Vietnam. It was only after the war, when all propaganda value for miscounting had faded away, that the actual (awful) totals of missing and dead became clear.
