They may not have told the public at large, but they told their neocon couterparts of Cheney, Wolfowitz, and Pearle. While Mossad provided the timetable, Cheney's job was to make sure that Bush Jr. was out of town when the New Pearl Harbor got underway. "Clean Break", "Pearl Harbor" were all part of the same neocon plan to launch unprovoked wars in the middle east.
