1 - You don't prove your assertions, although to be fair I recognize that this would be very difficult to do.

2 - If you take your specific detailed assertions, and assume they are 100% true, and you string them together, they don't prove your overall point.

It spent at least 7 million dollars on outrageously dishonest TV ads meant to blame the phony energy crisis on democrats, especially Grey Davis.

Nothing phony about that, the CA regulatory changes where phenomenally stupid.
