Me too, I've been through three. When I bought here ~15 years ago it seemed like every third house was for sale. People who beg you to come see their house. For the next 10 years, appreciation probably averaged about 3%.

You would think that with boomers retiring, we would get some relief... who knows? All I am saying is that this doesn't look like a bottom to me.

BTW, they keep announcing new condo towers in downtown Tampa... which is the pits but they are trying to revive it. I think they're nuts.
