I stopped eating like that. See lef.org I had to extracake myself from problem stemming from too many extra cakes and not enough marathons.

BTW , new stuff on E. Gamma must outweigh delta an delta alpha for proper balance. Like Gamma should be 2.4 times delta and delta 6 times alpha in tocopherols. Tocotreinols should be as great as tocopherols. Appears to be new research.
