I'm not a chart specialist either but I get lucky from time to time. ;) HEC has bee a Good One. PE is Too Low. siliconinvestor.com I thought it was going to 1.25 on its last run. That PnF Target should be a accurate. The other PnF has it at 3.50 or so which I feel is stretching it a bit. You monitoring OTD ??? stockcharts.com
