I just spoke to Randall Baker.

He is a spokesperson for Magellan and they represent a client who has been "negatively impacted" by the recent price inflation of the shares. He said that the discussions on the thread are manipulating the stock and they (the discussions) are illegal.

He said that his client is suing and putting out press releases for the purpose of helping the shareholders and "so that no other people can get hurt".

He said that his group was involved in the actions last week and that they were indeed the group that filed for the Olympus Ventures name just to stop the real OVIS from playing out their illegal games. He went over the dissolution and resolution of the company and said that even that is being protested with the Washington Attorney General. He said that they cannot revoke his clients corporate charter after it has been officially stamped. I would have looked for a firmer ground to stand on!!

The main part of his problems were the "2,000,000 illegal s-8 shares" and something to do with the company not issuing options along with their stock.

He said that if I found SI and looked up OVIS that I would find more than 8000 messages (he thinks that is incredible). He said you could read about them manipulating the stock price. It didn't sound like he read SI himself. I would guess that Mikey or Kenny or Danny reads it for him.

All and all, he was nice but was spewing incorrect information about the REAL OVIS. Absolutely ZERO to worry about.
