35 does look like a good high water mark for the next runup. The highest PE IOM has acheived recently is 50 (at $29.125). Q3 97 eps estimates are for $.20, replacing Q3 96 eps of $.09 (from .09 to .20 equals 122% growth in earnings year over year, which more than justifies a PE of 50) making the new trailing four quarters eps $.71 which times 50 equals $35.50 .

Is this the basis of your sell point?

Doing the same calculation on FY97 eps of $.86, again assuming a maximum PE of 50, yields a high water mark of $43.00 late this year.
