Legend Natural Gas III has been formed to acquire, develop and exploit onshore natural gas properties in and around South Texas. It is capitalized by a $200 million commitment from Carlyle/Riverstone Global Energy & Power Fund. The fund also has an at-cost option to provide an additional $100 million. carlyle.com
