I just shorted YHOO 500 shares today at 52 1/16. I use Yahoo. I enjoy Yahoo. That doesn't mean its worth over $2 billion today. Maybe in a year when there has been some shake-up and Yahoo is still standing and in the lead. Yahoo has name recognition and that's why its worth a lot. But everything else it has can be duplicated relatively quickly (low entry barrier). If Microsoft decides that it needs a Yahoo-like site for MSN, it can sink a couple hundred million $$ to create an uber-site with much more content. I feel that YHOO at over $50 (after split) is like RMBS was when it was over $70. Both are good companies but currently overvalued.

I could not get my short launched on AMZN unfortunately ... too difficult to borrow the shares.
