agree with everything you said......I just think them trying to mislead investors is a bad thing...

I know many that have been watching TASR..waiting to see more and wanting to buy in.....most of these people are now telling me they wont touch tasr........I explained that EVERY company is guilty of similar 'white lies'...most responded that this was a bit more blatant then a simple white lie...most said company is trying to deceive investors by misleading them into thinking they have never settled or paid anybody and have been exonerated or found not guilty in every lawsuit filed...the fact is...that is not true....maybe they are settling simply because it makes better biz sense then lengthy and expensive legal costs....but most people I know were very turned off that tasr was not 100% honest...most investors would have rather heard "we settled because it was in the best interest of the company and shareholders"..rather then them misleading people into thinking all their lawsuits are being dismissed...I just think the misleading aspect has scared many potential investors.....Ya have to admitt, the pr's saying cases were dismissed may have been legal, but they painted the wrong picture......imo, company should have been honest...shareholders and prospective investors would have liked that far more then getting misleading PR's.....if you cant trust what the top dogs say, it makes it hard to invest and know what to believe and what not to believe...with that said....very obviously, MOST EVERY company 'misleads', so tasr is certainly not alone.....this just seemed rather blatant.....Personaly, I think PPS would be $15+ had they been more honest.....honesty counts ALOT in todays market....too much deception by too many companies...investors are now looking for 'honest' companies far more then they used to, because they now realize just how many companies...well known companies.... are not as honest as they should be.......
