My information gets older all the time, but I think Turions use about 30-35 watts of power. This contrasts to some of the Intel chips at about 7-10 watts. That is running at typical speeds, you can lower the wattage by lowering the clock speed in many of these chips and you can increase the battery time with a bigger or better battery, so there is a lot of things to consider.
