You could be right...I made an assumption based on the steady bombing, etc.

It's a steady bombing of Hizbullah targets and transportation infrastructure, not of civilian housing (though the two do overlap heavily). The photos coming out of Hizbullah territory are long on women wailing over bombed houses and short on bombed-out Hizbullah artillery, with the intention of giving you this impression.
