The US is not Israel. But the US supports Israel. The rightwing fail to see the difference. Also, Hezbollah is very different from Al Qaida. Only Bush has brought them together. The righ Bushies only care about staying in power. So they are trying to scare people with "World War III" BS and are hoping the US can become Israel and be at permanment war on terror. Why? So they can steal more elections and make more money selling arms and gouged gasoline.
