I was surprised to find that Bill Wexler thinks HSOA is a scam and that its headed to $1. I asked him why he considers it a scam but haven't heard back.

For those of you unfamiliar with Wexler, he's had a lot of success (and some failures) identifying and shorting scam companies, like Altair (mining miracle that went from $16 to $2), DDIM (Y2K bug fix, went from $30s to 0.30), REFR (wonder glass company, s-l-o-w-l-y melting down over many years), and a host of others.
