let's get back to the product they mfg. does it work? is it profitable? why would aclu others settle if they believe they can win in court? In this country everyone seems to sue for quick cash and if every company says they settle these law suits would it help investors or encourage more law suits?

i do not have a problem with their statement. i also haven't put more money into tasr in quite some time. i think the sec and aclu , newspapers, who could care less about truth, almost destroyed this company with a product that saves lives and injuries.

Of course the same thing happen with spray pepper from what i understand and also some folks clam spray pepper is worse.

I still do not understand how the sec can start an investigation of small company and not complete it for almost over a year. It shut down orders from local communities, law suits also shut down orders for fear of local townships going bankrupt over law suits and police forces went without tasrs.

i expect there is a back log of orders out there. I do not see this company as complex to understand the financials. Suggest you and friends invest as you wish.

I wonder how you find companies to invest that have ethics other than on an annual release statement to stockholders and employees. In my years of employment i met many ,, too many managers who completely lack any ethics.

we should have more auditors and watch dogs in industry and penalties have to be much more severe to put the fear in these in managers who only have their self interest in mind.

ps talk about ethics look to bp in alaska... those lines were not maintained. they knew all along the lines needed maintenance but for greed they let it go. They are forced to fix the lines now vs a major break in the line and major spills. these lines corrode over time and must be replace, you inspect the lines , you prepare five and ten year maintenance plans that require expense and capital improvements. You want to look to greed, self interest, dishonest.. ask your friends if they will invest in BP
