My question is, what made him think he didn't even have to bother doing a good job? I can't think of any that are sympathetic to the photographer. Stupidity, brain freeze, lazy .... All those little circles of smoke within the plume were a dead give away. I'll give Reuters a break for not catching it on the submission; they must have a constant stream of thousands of photos coming in and it's not possible to examine each and every photo. But the person that picked the photo for use in a story, is not the brightest tool in the shed. jttmab
