HBs have had to downplay the severity of matters so that that don't shoot themselves, their customers, and their shareholders in the foot. The air must be let out slowly so this balloon doesn't plunge to the ground.

But all one needs to do is put two and two together, take history into account, and just look around. There's a lot of excess and it will be a many years before HBs enjoy even a hint of what they've enjoyed these past five or so.
