Well, we were all sandbagged and people at Smith Barney and Salomon knew because the stock's behavior the last 3 days was completely different than that for weeks. Selling dominated and overall volume was heavier than usual. We were ambushed. I started expressing yesterday that something seemed different and even E-mailed Criss at IR before the opening this morning about whether there was some preannouncement or news. Naturally, didn't hear anything back. Guess, I 'll have to hold longer as it seems Co. will turn around in next 6 months. Price will probably go to 4-5 tommorrow. I 'm sure disappointed. Karl
