Skip Paul--I think Qualcomm has made a strategic error in openly displaying their willingness to settle their GSM claims if Nokia extends their licensing agreement.

On the other hand, by laying out the alternatives in public, PJ is remainding Nokia AND the investing public that it has some valuable trump cards. Who knows, it may not be PJ who gets the axe, but Nokia's new head.
