It is exciting, but awfully complex. Wating for Henry's analysis. However, I think there is only about 10M cash in ALRI, so LNGD's take will only be 5M.

However, panretin will be more than a few months to the market. LGND will apply to the FDA in a few months and chances are that approval, even expedited approval, will be 6 months.

Hope the market sees this as a positive. Has me pretty confused. Not happy about giving AGN royalties from panretin and targretin, but I guess you don't get something for nothing.
