well rock_nj, this oil mess was sooo predictable. I am actually for rising oil prices so that the USA can develop alternatives. We have a lot of electric cars in SV now, some really sexy ones too. And battery companies (or fuel cells or something) which are alternatives to fossil fuel engines. The pain will not stop until we cut oil consumption and move on to some alternative. We are burning up the planet too.
