re LEND: good point, but the bounces are starting to get to me. One day I'm rich, next day my riches evaporate. Just browsed TheStreet.com/Real Money. Can't believe how complacent these guys are. The housing sector is tanking today, and these guys are just oblivious, like they live in an alternate reality.
