Perhaps you are unaware of the extensive filming of the bombing of the outpost. This building stood alone. There was no issue of it being near other buildings where there could be confusion. This UN building was directly attacked. Again, you might want to go into some alternate form of reality -- that is what you seem to prefer over telling the truth.
