Wrong. 9-11 happened on Bush's watch and he was actually warned on 8-6-01, but did nothing. It's true the advanced planning began with Clointon in office, but Clinton had a 24/7 Al Qaida desk in the White House which Bush disbanded. That desk stopped the Al Qaida 1999 LAX bombing and probably would have stopped 9-11 too. They were on the ball. But Bush disbanded all counter-terror operations. Why?
