I don't think that is unusual (list one crime and not all crimes).

BTW, I really struggle with most 9/11 conspiracies. I agree the 9/11 commission did a "whitewash". And I think a more thorough and open investigation would be good. These new audio tapes are interesting and show how confused everyone was at the time.

But I also think the reason for the whitewash was to cover up incompetence, not malfeasance. When people talk about explosives taking down the Towers, or the planes being flown by remote control, or a missile hitting the Pentagon, I just tune them out. Those assertions aren't true, and they just hurt the efforts to uncover the truth about 9/11.
