I think it's worth asking questions. I saw one of the key architects of the WTC talk about what probably happened, and I doubt he was in on some conspiracy! Things we can be confident of:

1) the planes were hijacked.
2) the planes were flown into the buildings.
3) the Pentagon was hit with a plane, not a missile.
4) towers 1 & 2 collapsed because of the fire (yes, this is as close to certain as can be).

Other issues are less clear.
