i AGREE THE 33 1/3% IS A LITTLE MUCH BUT THINK OF IT THIS WAY...DIVORCE IS ALWAYS EXPENSIVE AND WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT AGN HAS CERTAINLY SEEN THE RESULTS ON THE TRIALS OF TARGRETIN AND THEY HAD LGND OVER THE BARREL IN NEGOTIATING THE ROYALTY PAYMENT. IF THERE WASN'T SO MUCH POTENTIAL IN THE DRUG FOR DIABETES THE ROYALTY PAYMENT COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH LOWER. JUST THINK IF AGN HAD ACCEPTED A 5% ROYALTY, WOULD THAT GIVE YOU MUCH COMFORT IN WHAT RESULTS THE TRIALS WERE INDICATING FOR TARGRETIN(I'M TRYING TO PUT THE BEST SPIN ON THIS STORY. BUT JUST THINK ABOUT WHAT I'VE SAID.
