It isn't murder only when Israel is doing the killing, right? No, if Hezbollah shoots and an IDF soldier in Lebanon while this conflict is still active, it would not be murder or a war crime. If Hezbollah shoots at an Israeli soldier but accidently hits a Lebanese civilian, it would also not be murder.
