So when you say someone is "dishonest"- you don't expect to have to give a good reason for that? Calling someone dishonest is actually name calling- but I gave you a lot of latitude on that, because I figured you didn't even realize what you had done. The title of my thread doesn't say "Opinions Backed up by Little or Nothing"- we all know that is possible, but why would anyone care for such opinions? If you want to post opinions here, expect to be questioned about them. I expect people to ask questions about mine. When questioned I try to give answers that are on point- you failed to do this, so I asked for evidence. You have still given none that makes sense.

I'd agree with you about the sky appearing blue, except at sunset and sunrise, of course and at night. Grass can be green, but it can also be golden or brown. There are many kinds of grasses. It seems to me you have a problem with my wanting statements to be correct. Saying "The sky is blue" is a gross generalization about the sky- are you suggesting gross generalizations are somehow a good thing?
