So when are you going to short CAT? They say they are slow to respond to certain price changes because the last cycle they built up all this inventory and then the demand petered out and they made lots of malinvestment - on a grander scale the banks and gubbments say this is a MACRO concern relating to food and energy - they respond very slowly to changes in those prices because by the time they respond in a meaningful way the cycle has started to reverse.

Chromatic Dispersion is in washington right now working his fingers to the bone installing fiber - but Sprint just bet against him with WI MAX eh? Who wants to be tied to a cable - even a fiber one - when you can have wireless fun Jay? Did Chromatic invest a lot of his time and energy in a malinvestment?
