Looks like large planes were targeted, perhaps 20, with mid-air explosions planned to cause mass death...The US has raised our terror alert as well, at least one notch up.... The airports there, here and everywhere promise to be just a mess...so many flights from the UK come from everywhere to everywhere in the world.
