Some crazy guys got together one night and dressed up as indians and threw some tea into a harbor because they didn't like some other guys telling them what to do. See if they had paid that tea tax in gold, silver, uranium, sea shells, yellow or green or red paper or condoms or party balloons was not the point - all irrelevant tokens - the point was some other guy was telling them what to do. When some HK guys tell you to pay more sales taxes - what are you going to do citizen? Were you part of the people rallying in the streets Jay? Will you break the law or will you pay your new sales taxes? Your grandpa sat in jail for many years with lice covered assassins when he didn't do what the other men wanted him to do - he very possibly could have lost his life instead he just itched a lot - a man of conviction - and from what you said he had lots of wealth and black gold backing him - didn't help him stay out of jail did it? What is Modern day Chen gonna do when they come for him to raise his taxes and make him comply - run away to a haven or fight or pay the taxes? Shoot thugs who try to extract rent and resources from him and his people or comply with whatever laws they set? Who is jay chen really? Its not about the gold - its about who can enforce thier will on the mass of men and how much the mass of men are willing to take being sheeple. Zimbabwe is able to set exchange terms why?
