Good Points

You make many valid points. I just think consumers will wait awhile until the zip will become more affordable and widespread. That is why I feel Iomega will have a slowing quarter. It is hard to maintain momentum and what people perceive as a fad.

If Iomega continues to fall in price I am seriously considering purchasing shares.

I just think it is wise for consumers to await the arrival and impact of the LS-120. Even if the LS-120 is more expensive, I am sure the Japanese giants will bring the price down on economies of scale. Look at them in the electronics markets.

Also, Quantum and other disk manufacturers are coming out with 3 GB drives and larger. People may upgrade or buy a secondary harddrive that costs almost the same as the Jazz drive and a little more expensive than a zip drive.
