Infinity Pharmaceuticals announced that the SEC has declared effective the Form S-4 Registration Statement of Discovery Partners International. Amendment No. 2 sec.gov I'm not going to slog through the copy online, when my hardcopy shows up I'll give it a look and report back. "$70-75M" will go to INFI, DPII shareholders will own ~31%--closing costs will deplete the $80.8M by $6-8M. A lot of misc expenses and of course severance packages and all that. But no surprises, they seem to have hit the cash window easily enough and no adjustments to the share percentages will be neccessary.
