Bush had Osama trapped at Tora Bora. Bush allowed a cease fire, just time enough for OBL to escape. Even if Bush didn't give the order, he allowed it. He had the power to counter-mand that order. So he's responsible. Soon after Bush said he no longer cared about Osama. And recently we found out Bush disbanded the hunter-killer team which was after Osama more than a year ago. Either Osama is being left alive on purpose or Bush-Cheney are just totally inept when it comes to taking out Al Qaida leaders. Which one do you think it is?
