Who screwed JQP ? I think this question will be asked in a lot of living rooms. Here i was, living in 200K house, making 60 grand a year, driving a decent car, taking vacations, had a decent life. All of a sudden my house is worth 600k, then the price of everything skyrockets, then i can't make my ends meet, then i lose my job, then my house is worth 300K, now i am screwed , what the hell happened ? You forgot the 400k HELOC he pissed away on vacations and long weekends in Vegas and now he's underwater and can't mke the payments.
