Dinckel Acker is from Dinckel Acker (North of Stuttgart), not from Spaten (Munich) as far as I know. Incidentally "Dinckel", equal to "Hirsch" is a very old flour source plant dating back to the Stone Ages and "Acker" is a field. Good beer and good wine, 50% of good life! Taro
