Stephen,

GRNO has no choice but to be quiet. The SEC apparently frowns on GRNO providing information that is not publically available through 8K, 10Q/K, or official news releases.

Ironically, it is alright for an analyst to contact the company and ask hard questions, information not available through public filings. But let an actual shareholder contact the company and ask about what is going on with his/her company, (isn't that what being a shareholder really means?) and we're considered hypsters and insider traders, to the inevitable detriment of the company.

I understand that the general partners will no longer receive information on the status of the processor as that is considered "inside information". However, I believe the General Partner (GRNO) has a fiduciary duty to keep his junior partners up to date.

If you want information, I suggest that you find a contact in Charleston, SC who will be able to provide you publically available/observable information. What a shame that we are forced into surreptitious sneaking and peeking around the Allied Terminals facility in order to determine the machines status.

Go figure...

Anyone up for a stakeout?

Regards,

Ron
