I'm not short this stock, but I wouldn't be long either.

Peter, since you have said that your usual approach is to be short, can you make the case for shorting HSOA? Why would anybody want to be short HSOA, especially now that the stock has been driven from $14 down to the $5s? Do you believe that there is real downside here (other than the theoretical "any company can go to zero" downside)? Thanks.
