fox news was saying this morning. watching emails started off the investigation a year ago. large numbers of emails going to terrorist sites on how to build bombs increased. next the investigation expanded to cell phones, trips to Pakis, the net of people being watched and the amount of personnel to watch them kept expanding rapidly. It was an email (coded) they cracked two days ago that said "do it now" that resulted in arresting them. We can be thankful the New York Times did not get ahold of the surveillance story. It would have been all over the front page, and the plotters would have disappeared before they could have been arrested.
