I think we should be a little more proactive about conspiracies and deal with conspirators as severely as if they had committed their atrocity.

I'm sorry, but Islam is to blame. They might be afraid, but we are too. So why should we be the ones who have to do something about it? THEY KNOW who the guilty parties are, and they are in a better position than we to stop it.
