What israel apparently objects to is that the multinational force will not be allowed to fire on hizbolla if hiz was to return to the southern border area. How stupid. Thats exactly what i would do if i were hizbolla--return to the south, start provoking the israels so they would fire back and there would be casualties among the multinationals. Then the french could go ballistic and do what they are really inclined to do--stand with hizbolla..
