Only Smith Barney and Salomon cover STDM. They will downgrade tommorrow. Analyst from Smith Barney was in on conference call. They will probably go from strong buy to hold. The MM's knew because they dropped the price and were willing to sell at only 1/8 of a point above the bid. They are short and will cover tommorrow for a nice profit. I certainly wouldn't sell at the opening. Karl
